  • We plan the project to keep everyone as comfortable as possible by: 

    • Coordinating with strata councils and property managers 

    • Providing clear notices with dates, times, and affected areas 

    • Working in stages to maintain building access 

    • Keeping work areas tidy and noise to a minimum 

    We can also schedule around peak times where possible. 

  • Good prep is the key to a long-lasting paint job. Our prep may include: 

    • Washing or power washing surfaces 

    • Scraping and sanding loose or peeling paint 

    • Filling cracks and holes, caulking gaps 

    • Priming bare, stained, or problem areas 

    • Masking and protecting floors, furniture, windows, and landscaping 

    We customize preparation based on the condition of your surfaces.

  • We use professional-grade paints from trusted manufacturers, chosen for durability and suitability to our climate. 
    For exteriors, we use UV- and mildew-resistant coatings. For interiors, we offer low-VOC or zero-VOC options for better indoor air quality. 

    If your strata has preferred brands or specifications, we can follow those as well. 

  • Yes. We can: 

    • Match existing colours using samples or paint codes 

    • Recommend colour schemes that suit your home or building style 

    • Provide samples or test patches so you can see colours on the actual surface 

    For strata properties, we can also prepare sample boards for council approval. 

  • You don’t need to move out, but some preparation helps: 

    • Remove small items, décor, and valuables from painted areas at least 3 feet away from the walls 

    • Take down pictures and curtains if possible 

    • We can help move and cover larger furniture 

    We typically work room by room so you can still live and work in the space. 

  • We offer low-VOC and zero-VOC paints that reduce odours and emissions, making them more comfortable for: 

    • Children and babies 

    • Elderly residents 

    • People with allergies or sensitivities 

    We also ventilate spaces properly and can advise on when it’s best to reoccupy freshly painted rooms. 

  • Timing depends on size, surface condition, and weather (for exteriors). As a rough guide: 

    • Interior of a typical home: 2–7 days 

    • Exterior of a typical home: 3–10 days 

    • Strata buildings: staged over several days to weeks 

    We provide a project timeline in your quote and keep you updated as we go. 

  • Yes. We carry liability insurance of 5 million dollars and worker’s compensation coverage.  

    We also provide a workmanship warranty on our painting services of 3 years
