Allysa Jean Demapiles is Soul Painters’ Social Media & Office Manager, helping keep the business organized behind the scenes while ensuring clients feel supported from the first inquiry to the final follow-up. She’s often described as the “brain” behind the operation, keeping details on track, communication clear, and the overall experience smooth and professional for clients planning home repaintingor business interior upgrades.

On the office and operations side, Allysa helps coordinate the moving parts that make a painting project feel easy: scheduling estimates, organizing job information, supporting invoicing and admin tasks, and making sure timelines and updates are simple to understand. Her steady coordination supports property repaint projects of all sizes across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, whether it’s a residential refresh, a building exterior coating, or a fast-moving commercial interior paint job.

Allysa is especially strong on projects where planning and communication matter most, such as Strata properties, residential buildings, and commercial jobs with access requirements, building rules, and multiple contacts involved. She helps keep everything aligned by tracking key details, coordinating schedules, and staying connected with both the team and site contacts so work can move efficiently with fewer surprises.

Internally, Allysa collaborates closely through regular meetings with Karla, our CEO and the girl behind Soul Painters, to keep priorities, operations, and client experience aligned. She also stays connected through ongoing check-ins with Miguel and Renan, and meets with Darrel and Lee for updates to ensure communication, scheduling, and project coordination workflows stay consistent across the team.

Allysa brings a calm, detail-focused approach to the work, especially when things get busy. She’s known for staying steady under pressure, spotting small details before they become problems, and making sure the next steps are always clear for both clients and the team, an essential part of keeping painting services organized and predictable.

Outside of work

Outside of work, Allysa is a true book lover with a wide reading appetite, from novels and history to documentaries and real-life stories. She also enjoys manga, Japanese anime, and unwinding with Korean dramas (usually with a strong cup of coffee nearby). She’s naturally active and sporty too, into badminton, volleyball, pickleball, and softball, and she also rides motocross, a passion that fits her personality: focused, fearless, and energized.
